The Third Place is a Restaurant and Takeaway selling freshly cooked Indian & Bangladeshi starters, curries, biryani, rice and tandoori breads and a limited range of English food items. All foods are cooked fresh when ordered and are not pre-cooked, pre-packed or re-heated.

All prices are inclusive of taxes.

DELIVERY POLICY

Collection from the Restaurant is available with no minimum order. Free home delivery is available within a 3 mile radius of the Restaurant and with a minimum order of £12. We aim to deliver your food within 40 minutes of placing the order but please be aware this may increase during busier periods. We will notify you of an approximate delivery time when you place your order. It is important that you remain at the delivery address for the approximate delivery time once you have placed the order. If you are not in to receive the order, our delivery drivers will attempt to call you. Any failed delivery attempt will result in all foods being taken back to the Restaurant where it will be set aside for you to collect. Failed delivery orders will not be refunded as the food is cooked fresh and cannot be resold. If the delivery order is not collected by the time of the Restaurant close, it will be discarded.

All of our stated delivery times are approximate and may be increased or decreased depending on a variety of factors including but not limited to the number of orders currently being cooked, inclement weather, number of delivery drivers available, time of order etc. We will try to contact you as soon as possible with any delivery/pickup times should they change.

If the order is delayed over 1.5 hours from our approximate stated time, we will give a 33% discount on the order. If the order is delayed over 2 hours from our approximate stated time, we will give a 50% discount on the order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

At our Restaurant, our aim is to ensure all orders are cooked fresh and delivered/picked up in a timely manner. Please ask to speak to the manager and we will do our utmost to to resolve any issues.

All food is cooked fresh and once ordered cannot be cancelled. No refund will be given for orders cancelled after being placed.
